Our Story

Saint Honoré is a locally female owned patisserie. Our menu boasts a variety of delectable treats, including hand-decorated doughnuts, flavorful coffees, and authentic French Quarter-style beignets.

Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes, our dedicated owners, embarked on a mission to redefine the doughnut experience by introducing the concept of couture doughnuts. Their vision has blossomed into a thriving business that now extends its offerings beyond doughnuts and beignets to include hand tossed pizzas and milkshakes. Giving guests the best of both worlds, sweet and savory. For a touch of couture in every bite, choose Saint Honoré. Life is Better Couture!

Our Doughnuts

Our doughnuts are 100% made from scratch daily, hand cut & decorated by the best pastry artists in the city. Saint Honoré is a couture doughnut shop that features brioche dough & seasonal flavors using the highest quality ingredients. Our beignets are also 100% made from scratch daily using our in house secret recipe. They are offered french quarter style tossed in powdered sugar or churro style. Other offerings include our vegan doughnuts, gluten free doughnuts, and of course our DoughSaint.

DoughSaints are only available Saturday and Sunday. They are made from scratch and take two full days to make. Once the dough has rested our team hand rolls them and decorates them in our traditional glaze or seasonal flavor.

The Pizza

Pizza Anonymous emerged as a ghost kitchen within Saint Honoré back in 2020, a time when the decline in customers led to wasted dough. Amid this challenge, the team discovered that the ingredients used for their renowned doughnuts and beignets could be repurposed to create a delectable pizza dough. This innovation gave birth to a thinner, more modern rendition of rectangular Roman-style pizzas, featuring authentic elements such as San Marzano tomatoes and delicately charred cupped pepperoni. Embark on an adventure and uncover our Black Truffle and Honey, Garlic Veggie or Margherita pizzas from our Secret Pizza Menu during your next evening out.
